I took early retirement from a career in psychology so I could work to protect the environment.  I have a continuing academic interest in ecopsychology, conservation psychology, ecospirituality, and environmental philosophy but most of my effort goes  into local environmental activities through the organizations in the Nature Cowichan network.

I live with my partner Linda in a small community on a large island in western Canada.  In addition to the resources and blogs here, I am active with the International Community for Ecopsychology.  That website has lots of good information about ecopsychology.
